Quick questions, honest answers.

The small stuff that comes up before, during, and occasionally after a swap. No marketing copy. If the answer is “we can’t,” we say so.

What’s the philosophy here?

Non-custodial, no KYC, no profile-building. We route a swap and show you its status. We never hold your funds, we never ask for ID, and we don’t log who you are next to what you traded.

An account is optional. It exists if you want a list of your past orders in one place, plus 2FA and a list of active sessions. Plenty of people use the site without one.

Do I need an account?

No. The swap works without sign-in. The order ID is the only thing tying you to your trade, so save it.

Is BunnySwap KYC-free?

Yes. We never ask for ID. Very rarely an upstream liquidity source can flag a deposit for review on their side, which is a process we can’t bypass for you. Message us if it ever happens and we’ll walk you through it.

How long does a swap take?

Usually 5 to 30 minutes, depending on confirmations on the source chain. BTC takes longer, USDT on Tron is fast, ETH sits in between.

What if I never send the deposit?

Each order has a 90-minute deposit window. If nothing arrives by then, the order closes automatically and the deposit address is retired. The page shows a live countdown so you always know how long is left.

A deposit that lands after the window has closed will usually still get credited once it confirms on-chain, but it can take longer and may follow the partner’s refund flow rather than the original swap.

What if I send the wrong amount?

On floating, the order rebases to the actual amount received. On fixed, an out-of-range deposit may revert or be processed at the floating rate. The order page tells you exactly what it did.

I sent to the wrong address. Can you help?

We can’t move funds you sent. The destination address is the one you typed. Always paste from the receive wallet, never from memory, and check the first and last six characters before you continue.

Why is my receive amount different from the quote?

Floating rates move with the market between quote and execution. Pick fixed if you need exactness, or split the trade.

What is a network, and which one should I pick?

Some coins live on more than one blockchain. USDT runs on Tron (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Solana, Arbitrum and a few more. The token is the same. The rails are different. Cheaper, faster, slower, depending on the chain.

Pick the network your wallet is on. If your wallet says “USDT (TRC20)”, pick TRC20. If it says “USDT (Ethereum)”, pick ERC20. Don’t guess.

If you pick the wrong one, the deposit lands on a chain your wallet can’t see, and we can’t reverse it. The chain is final. If you’re unsure, ask on Telegram first. Takes a minute, beats a lost deposit.

We support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Solana, Monero, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and plenty more. The selector shows every available chain when you tap a multi-network coin.

How long do you keep my data?

Not long, and never tied to your network identity.

Server logs (HTTP method, path, status code) are rotated and deleted after 7 days. Error logs follow the same schedule. Sign-in events on accounts are kept 7 days for anti-abuse, then deleted. Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity, and you can sign other devices out from the dashboard at any time.

Orders follow the work, not a timer. Unpaid orders close after the 90-minute deposit window. Completed swaps stay on file so you can always look one up by ID.

Delete your account from the dashboard whenever you want. Your user record, every session, and every sign-in event tied to it go in one sweep.

Do you log my IP address?

Not against your trades. Order rows have no IP, no user-agent, no network fingerprint. Sign-in events on an account do record the source IP for anti-abuse. They’re kept 7 days, never shown in the dashboard, and dropped when you delete your account.

What does an account give me?

A history of your past orders, an optional Telegram handle for support, two-factor authentication, and a list of every active session so you can sign other devices out. That’s the whole list. We don’t use the account for anything you can’t see.

How do I get help with a stuck swap?

Send the order ID on Telegram. That’s the fastest path. The order page also auto-refreshes, so most things resolve themselves once the chain confirms.
