1. What BunnySwap is
BunnySwap is a non-custodial swap aggregator. We display quotes and route your order so the coins move from your sending wallet to your receiving wallet on-chain. We never sit in the middle holding funds, not for a second.
We are not an exchange. We do not buy crypto, we do not sell crypto, and we do not operate a marketplace or order book of our own. We do not custody, hold, manage, or pool user funds at any stage. The trade settles directly through on-chain transfers between you and the destination address you provide.
Your trade isn’t tied to your IP, your user-agent, or anything else about how you arrived. Order rows live by their public ID and nothing else. The full breakdown is in the privacy policy.
2. Who can use it
You need to be of legal age where you live and not a resident of a sanctioned territory. If your local law says no, that’s on you to know.
3. No advice
Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. Crypto is volatile, irreversible, and often uninsured. Decide what you can afford to lose before you press send.
4. Address responsibility
You type the destination address, we show it back to you, you confirm it. Once a swap completes, the funds are at that address whether you control it or not. On-chain transfers don’t come back. Triple-check the first and last six characters before you continue.
5. Deposit window
Each order has a 90-minute window to receive your deposit. If nothing arrives in that time, the order closes automatically and the deposit address is retired. If your deposit lands late or something looks stuck, message us. Late deposits sometimes take a while to figure out, but we’ll see it through with you.
6. Retention
Server logs and sign-in events are kept up to 7 days, then deleted. Completed swaps stay on file as a record so you can look one up by ID, and they’re never tied to a user, an IP, or a user-agent. Full schedule lives in the privacy policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for steady uptime. We don’t guarantee it. Pairs can be paused at any time, and we may pause access ourselves to comply with legal process.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, BunnySwap isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. That includes loss of funds from user error, network conditions, or any third-party service involved in settling a trade. Because we don’t hold, buy, or sell crypto, our role is limited to the interface and routing layer described above.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top moves when something material changes. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
