Logs and data
We delete every log file after 7 days. The only thing we keep on file long-term is the order itself, and orders aren’t tied to your account, your IP, or your browser at all. They live by their public ID and nothing else.

We run one Telegram support handle at a time. From time to time that handle changes, so the only reliable way to find the current one is the link in the footer of every page on this site, or the one on the Contact page. Anything else claiming to be us isn’t.
